Short version: we collect as little as we can, and we don't sell it.

Who we are

BangerWise sells a downloadable used car checklist at bangerwise.co.uk.

What we collect

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you buy, the checkout is handled by our payment provider, which collects your name, email address and payment details so it can take payment and send your download. We receive your name, email and order details. We never see your full card details.

If you email us, we keep your message so we can reply.

Why we use it

To deliver what you bought, deal with questions and refunds, and keep the records the law requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as UK tax rules require. Emails are deleted when they're no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Contact us via the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
